5.1: Private info between Unmod and certain users may not be revealed, especially when involving safety.
5.2: The answers to any competitions must not be revealed to anyone else.
6: Donations
6.1: Unmod makes the final decision as to whether a donation should be refunded if requested.
6.2: Unmod makes the final decision as to what the given money is used for.
6.3: If paying is necessary to refund money, the payment will be taken out of the donated amount.
7: Membership
7.1: Unmod possesses the right to change any part of your Unmod Membership.
7.2: If you are found to have gone against the terms and conditions, or have done something that is obviously not acceptable, Unmod possesses the right to remove your Membership.
7.3: Asking for any change to your Membership that is unfair to others is not permitted. If done too many times, Unmod has the right to remove your Membership.
7.4: Unmod reserves the right to remove any aspect of your Membership.
7.5: Unmod has the right to not award a prize or reward.
7.6: Only one account is allowed per person.
7.7: If you have an Unmod hosted email address, Unmod has the right to remove it at any time.
7.8: Once signed up for Membership, any trophies you should have earned in the past will be awarded. However, points will not be immediately awarded.
7.9: Unmod has the right to reject Membership requests.
7.10: If a person is found to have tried to access another person's Membership account, without permission, any advantage on Unmod they have may be removed.
8: Virtual Store
8.1: Unmod has the right to not give a brought item.
8.2: Unmod has the right to not refund Unmod points.
8.3: Virtual Store items must not be resold or given away to others.
9: Unmod Point Purchases
9.1: Unmod possesses the right to not add Unmod points to a Membership account when requested.
9.2: Unmod makes the final decision as to whether a donation should be refunded if requested.
9.3: Unmod makes the final decision as to what the given money is used for.
9.4: If paying is necessary to refund money, the payment will be taken out of the donated amount.
10: Unmod Codes
10.1: Unmod has the right to not reward a code.
10.2: Unmod has the right to not reward what can be earned from a code.
11: Respect
11.1: Although Unmod is usually quick at responding to emails and requests, when necessary, please be patient and understanding, as only one person runs this website.
